Software Systems Engineer 3

Required Qualifications
• 9 years of experience in Software Development or IV&V related activities with a Bachelor’s degree, or <5+> years of experience with a Master’s degree, in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or other software related engineering program, OR an additional 4 years of directly related experience in lieu of degree.
• Working experience with all major aspects of the software development life cycle (requirements, design, implementation, and test).
• Excellent writing and communication skills are required, and ability to interact well in group meeting/working environments.
• Familiarity with software architecture, systems engineering, software integration, and verification and validation.
• Able to assess software risk and identify adverse conditions/off-nominal behaviors.
• Takes ownership of tasks and problems and provides solutions.
• A self-starter who can work independently, but who also functions well in a collaborative team environment.
• Maintains excellent rapport with all internal and external customers.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Desired Qualifications
• Experience and expertise with human space programs/space domain topics such as mission and spacecraft ground operations, launch operations/processes, spacecraft guidance/navigation/control, propulsion, environmental control and life support systems, vehicle system management, human/computer interfaces (displays and controls), software safety, and mission assurance.
• Experience and expertise in developing or assessing safety-critical mission software.
• Prior IV&V and/or independent test experience.
• Able to read and understand C / C++ source code to verify correct, complete, and consistent implementation of software requirements and behaviors
• Familiar with UML and/or Rational Rhapsody
• Familiar with Agile software development processes
• Familiar with Simulink and MATLAB

Cyber Analyst SME

Required Qualifications
Between 15 to 20 years of experience with a 4 year Bachelor of Science Degree; Advanced degree (MBA, MS, Ph.D); or related certifications in the technical domain.

Desired Qualifications

• Work independently with no direct supervision.
• Possess extensive knowledge of information systems and IA requirements/specifications.
• Plan/conduct specialized cybersecurity functions, including red-teaming and ethical hacking; exploit development; cloud security architecture assessments; digital forensics; reverse engineering of malware; enterprise cybersecurity architecture assessments and analysis; and analysis of the application of secure coding practices..
• Perform complex analytical information systems research.
• Analyze security requirements, designs, implementations and tests for completeness, consistency and compliance with regulations and standards (e.g., NIST).
• Support cybersecurity vulnerability assessments, analyze results and develop remediation actions.
• Design/conduct penetration tests to assess the security posture of the system/SW.
• Define requirements for and design, develop, operate, and maintain a Cyber Lab.
• Support development of training on cybersecurity standards, penetration testing, cybersecurity vulnerability assessment, and C&A. Assess the design and implementation of IA/security systems and software to ensure the system security measures and controls are meeting business continuity, operations security, cryptography, forensics, regulatory compliance, internal counter-espionage (insider threat detection and mitigation) and physical security (incl. facility analysis, security management) requirements.
• Assess/mitigate system security threats/risks over program lifecycle.
• Develop/conduct modeling/simulation of system networks for assessment/V&V of system/SW security.
• Validate system security requirements and analysis.
• Establish/implement system security designs in hardware, software, data and procedures.
• Verify security requirements; perform system certification and accreditation planning, testing and liaison.
• Review and/or develop SSP/procedures/policies for secure systems operations and maintenance.
• Performs Cybersecurity Defense & Analysis, Threat Analysis, Exploitation Analysis, and Intelligence Analysis.
• Researches, evaluates, recommends, and infuses new security tools, techniques, and technologies in alignment with security assessment strategy.
• Lead reviews, develop presentations, reports and other contract deliverables.
• Support/lead events/meetings with government/visitors/VIP. Lead mid-sized/large teams.

Office Management and Support Senior

Required Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in office management and support with a B.S./B.A. in Education, Business Management, or related management field.

Desired Qualifications:

• Provides leadership regarding administrative matters.
• Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
• Performs as a generalist in a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, training coordination and management, government property management, research and development.
• Prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
• Experience in personnel management, with experience with technical and/or scientific personnel.
• Experience in Government services contracting environment.
• Integrates inputs, reviews and edits Contract Level and Technical Deliverables.
• Possesses an excellent command of the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possesses proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Performs in-processing and out-processing of all personnel on the contract with the Government customer and ensure timely completion of all required steps by personnel.
• Assists with the development of workflows/processes to streamline administrative activities.
• Plans, schedules, coordinates and oversees selected programs, events, and meetings involving staff, Government customers and visitors (including VIPs).
